I’m sure you are very eager to accelerate your improvements in golf, but before we find a way to improve your golf, we have to figure out what is stopping you from playing better golf right now! If we know exactly what that is, we can then put in actionable strategies to improve that part of your golf game.

There are 5 areas of golf . I want you to rate yourself on a scale of 0 to 10, 0 being absolutely pathetic, to 10 being absolutely perfect.  Before you do this, I want you to be completely honest with yourself.  No one is going to see or know what you rate yourself, so be as honest as possible!

The first area is your physical health and vitality. If you haven’t got a sense of energy on the course, then you won’t be able to do very much. If you haven’t got the flexibility and the strength to make a solid golf swing, then you certainly will not come close to you potential. Having physical fitness and health is the number one factor in producing a better than average golf game. This is the base in which other factors can build upon.
