Did you notice? Thats right, they both carry sand paper, too keep their grips tacky.

After working with many golfers myself, I’ve noticed that many many golfers neglect the condition of their grips on their clubs. Some grips are so old and unusable that I’m surprised they can still hold onto it. The truth is, its the only part of the golf club we make contact with, and if you don’t have a solid grip on the club, you sure won’t have much control over it.

Just a little less grip on the club means you’ll have to tense up a lot more especially in the forearms and shoulders. It certainly doesn’t make a good smooth swing.

So what you have to do is, either replace your grips with new ones, or sand them down until they’re grippy again!
