Tiger Wood’s workout routine is probably one of the most closely guarded secrets in the world. He never gives out any information about it himself publicly, and neither do many of his acquaintances. This is a Plyometric exercise, which technically means an explosive exercise, which is great for power and in this case, great for endurance too. What this means for you is that this exercise will stimulate all your lower body muscle fibers to work extremely hard.
